A yoga studio with a meditation room is scheduled to be open on Grand Rapids' West Side in Michigan from the first week of April.
According to the Co-owners Ashely Yost and Mali Jane, it will be the first of its kind meditation center in Grand Rapids. The meditation room will cover around 324 square feet of the 1,400-square foot space. This will be the first place for AM owners to teach Yoga. They taught yoga in a variety of sessions, from homes to businesses.
Yost said that, "We are excited to create a space that will allow us to provide additional offerings."
"We love working with companies to enhance their culture," said Mali Jane. She along with Yost, developed the concept of bringing the practice of "yoga to everyone, everywhere."
"We are all about building community, and what better way than to offer community classes?" Yost said.
"We are excited to welcome our new neighbors to our space, and share our love of the West Side with our existing members," Jane said.
"Adding a yoga studio to the mix is a great use for the building and a benefit to the neighborhood," Mraz said.
