ConfidentLee is an enrichment program created to build confidence in children by empowering them with the critical components of 21st Century Skills. Our robust mini-courses are fun, interactive and highly developmental. Our program focuses on teaching the child: Public Speaking Skills Entrepreneurship Skills Social Skills Communication Skills Leadership Skills

Facilities

The framework of our program is grade and age specific. Some of the skills that the children will learn are: Introductions Communication etiquette Starting and maintaining conversations Interacting and engaging with others Overcoming fear and nervousness Listening & being respectful Fairness and empathy Speech construction and delivery Discover individual talents The importance of having “Grit” Interview skills Networking, creating rapport and trust By learning these pertinent skills the children will be equipped to navigate through life with Confidence as “Leaders.”

Entrepreneurial Skills: ConfidentLee’s mission is to instill confidence in a child. Teaching them to have an entrepreneurial spirit encourages children to become tomorrows leaders and innovators. Learning how to develop ideas to open a business of their own teaches a child creativity and the ability to think outside the box. As the child explores business ideas that work for them their self-esteem improves. The process of making this business viable instills critical thinking and problem solving skills. Working in groups demonstrates to the child that it is equally important to be a team player as it is to be a leader
