There is no sort of sound from Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger leaving VD's social media post and finally, there is some update. The shoot is going to resume next week in Goa. Liger is a pan-India film of Vijay Deverakonda and its been under production for around two years. The pandemic has changed the equations and kept the movie on hold for a long time. Goa schedule is going to be for one long month and some crucial action episodes are to be shot in this schedule.
Director Puri Jagannadh and Charmee have appeared before ED officials earlier this week in a four-year-old drug case related to money laundering. Now, they are free to work. Liger shoot was halted in Mumbai due to the second wave of coronavirus. Liger is a boxing drama and Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in a new avatar. Karan Johar and Charmee Kaur jointly producing the project. Ramya Krishna will play a key role and Ananya Pandey is the lead actress. The film is expected to have a pan-Indian release next year.
