Aishwarya Rajesh makes Bollywood debut

Aishwarya Rajesh has recently signed up for Daddy, which stars Arjun Rampal.  The film is being directed by Ashim Ahluwalia, known for his critically-acclaimed Miss Lovely. According to sources, the movie is based on the life of gangster Arun Gawli.

Aishwarya says, “I’ve already shot two days for the movie in Mumbai. It is a performance-oriented role, and I’m delighted to be making my debut in Hindi. This is my first film outside of the Tamil film industry, and I’m excited about that. I’m learning Hindi now.” The actress is back to Chennai for shoot in film with Sibiraj.

After watching Kaaka Muttai, the team approached her last week. She headed to Mumbai even before knowing this.

“The calling card was Kaaka Muttai again,” she laughs.

Before the actress moves to Mumbai for the film, she has pending works. She is looking forward for the release of Hello Naan Pei Pesuraen on 1 April 2016. She also needs to dub for Dharmadurai, directed by Seenu Ramasamy.

Ramasamy was the first to congratulate her on Twitter. He tweeted saying that, “I mentioned you as an Indian actress; it’s come true, congrats…”.
