Dressing right makes you feel confident and also politically correct. Grooming for working women needs a careful balance between looking smart and non-distracting. Working women have to be careful about their outfit and makeup. A women cannot afford to look as if she has come straight from a wedding party. And she definitely cannot look shabby.

Working women needs to adopt the right dressing style. Female employees are always the centre of attention in office environment. They make an impression - on their co-workers, seniors and juniors - every day. There is a thin line between being well dressed and over-dressed . So ladies, watch out.

Here are some rules for office grooming and dressing

Rule 1: A women has to look fresh in office. It's an essential part of women's grooming. Make sure to keep your skin clean and moisturised as gives a fresh look to your appearance.

Rule 2: Opt for a neat look with an even skin tone. Wear a foundation or makeup to conceal blemishes. This will give you an even skin tone.

Rule 3: Dark circles make you look tired and dull. Besides they give an untidy look. So conceal the dark circles.

Rule 4: Keep your eye makeup simple. The trick is to enhance your appearance and not attract attention. The electric blue eyeshadow is definitely not for office. Keep it aside for evening outings.

Rule 5: Wear mascara on your eyes and give some colour to your lips using a lipstick. Mascara gives you a polished look, while lip stick or lip gloss will add spark to your appearance. Your grooming is incomplete without mascara and lip colour.

Rule 6: Working women need to have short nails that are clean. Flashy nail paints and displays look garish in an office environment. Long nails with nail art are best to avoid in office.
