Parmesan Herb Mini Muffins

Parmesan Herb Mini Muffins is a delicious, easy to make savoury muffin. The recipe is ideal for breakfast, brunch or evening snack.


Flour: 125 grams

Baking soda: ½ teaspoon

Baking powder: 18 teaspoon

Parmesan cheese: 50 grams

Mixed herbs:1 teaspoon

Dry basil: ½ teaspoon

Melted butter: 42.5 grams

Egg: 1

Buttermilk: 142 ml


Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Take a big bowl and mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, parmesan cheese, mixed herbs and basil.

Mix melted butter, buttermilk and egg in an another bowl.

Now mix together the dry and wet ingredients and make a thick batter.

Pour this mixture in mini muffin trays.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
